If he has in the last 10-15 years, it must have been at a county Lincoln Day Dinner and Lugar must have come in, ate and maybe spoken, and left. He has not made himself available to the majority of citizens in this county. I also object to the fact that I can e-mail comments, both positive and critical to Senator Coates and my house representative, using a normal e-mail address, but to e-mail something to lugar I have to go to his site, fill out a lengthly questionaire and then leave my comments. If I have other comments for Lugar 5 minutes later, I still have to fill out the lengthly questionaire again to leave my comments. Lugar's site is so archaic, it cannot remember a constitent from one minute to the next. It is another example that Lugar thinks he is still living in the 70's.
